The development of SBeXpress began in 1996 in a small structural engineering office in southwestern Hungary. For 2 years, it was only used internally, but then it was released to the Hungarian market as VBeXpress, and a few months after that, it already had approximately 100 users.

The engineering office has since grown larger, but one thing has not changed: we still use SBeXpress for swiftly creating precise plans for our German and Austrian clients. The number of users is now exceeding 500, with approximately 800 licenses. The application is the market leader in Hungary. Since 2006, it has also been offered in Romania, and in the 2010s it gained traction in Austria, and Germany. Now, we would like to offer a worthwhile alternative for those who work with AutoCAD, or BricsCAD EU-wide.
